Sexual orientation is the sexual attraction someone feels based on sex, gender identity and or gender expression.
Sexual orientation does not define who you have sex with.
Sexual orientation does not define who you date.
Sexual orientation does not define who you are romantically attracted to.
Sexual orientation does not define who you are aesthetically attracted to.
Sexual orientation does not define who you fall in love with.
Sexual orientations are labels we use to understand ourselves.
NOTE: Sexuality can refer to the gender/sex a person is both romantically and sexually attracted to, but that is not always the case.
